SHORT DESCRIPTION OF OUR SERVICE
'Save Solarcell Systems' is a mobile phone application. The application is developed to help you to expand your vocabulary in the selected language.
Save Solarcell Systems application is owned and operated by Expert Cosmos. At Expert Cosmos we care about your privacy. We handle your personal information very carefully and we are totally committed protecting it. Our user data management is set up in a way so that all the information you provide to us is handled in responsible way in accordance with international and local privacy laws.
In the next few paragraphs we describe how we collect information from you and how we handle that information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information is any information that we could use to identify an individual.
SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
Sensitive personal information, is information that meets the personal information criteria and also

- ethnic origin,
- political opinion,
- religious or philosophical beliefs,
- trade union membership,
b) concerns:
- health or sex life,
- information about social security benefits,
- information on criminal history etc.
We do NOT ever collect any sensitive personal information from our users.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION
We use payment gateways to protect financial information we collect online, and we only collect as much information as is necessary for the given type of transaction.

How we handle your personal information
First of all you can always refuse to supply personally identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent you from using certain parts of our system.
We will always tell you what we are collecting, what we are doing with it, and when we share it with others. This Policy only applies to information collected by Expert Cosmos. It does not apply to the practices of companies that we dont own or control, or employees that we dont manage.
When we collect your personal information, we will tell you how were using it, any types of third parties to which we might disclose it, (other than moderators or agents, such as vendors or contractors, who are only processing such information for us or at our direction), and the choices we offer you to limit the use of your information.

Expert Cosmos uses industry standard security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
Although we make good faith efforts to store the information collected by us in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security.
WHERE IS YOUR DATA STORED?
Our servers are located in the European Union and the United States. If you send us information, it will be stored in the EU and/or US server. If you live outside the European Union, then you should know that any personally identifiable information you enter into the network will be transferred out of your country and into the EU and/or US. By using our system, you consent to such transfer, and are representing that you have the right to transfer such information outside your country. We reserve the right to expand our operations to other countries which may make it necessary or beneficial to store information outside of the EU. If and when that happens we will inform you.
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Updating your membership
As a registered user, you may at any time choose to correct or update the information you have submitted to us.
Follow our User Guide to learn how to change or edit any of the information you uploaded to us.
Removing your membership
You may at any time cancel your account by following the instructions set forth in our User Guide. Upon cancellation of your account, your profile will no longer be available on the Site, the information you provided to us will be removed from our online servers within 24 hours and within 14 days they will be completely deleted from all our servers.
You will receive no further communication directly from us and we will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
HOW WE COMMUNICATE WITH OUR USERS
The email addresses that you supply to us during your registration will be used to communicate with you, inform you about new features, tell you about our promotions.
At various times we may offer you the opportunity to participate in surveys and contests. Surveys may ask for your contact, demographic or unique identifying information. Contests may require your contact information or other demographic or personal information to determine eligibility. Expert Cosmos may use information collected from surveys to determine, identify and contact winners of various contests. In addition, your demographic and/or personal information and responses to survey and contest questions may be used by Expert Cosmos to provide offers or advertisements specifically tailored to you. Expert Cosmos will not share your email address with a third party.
IN CASE OF CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP
In the event of a change in ownership at Expert Cosmos, we reserve the right to transfer your information to the new owner or a related company. If that ever happens, we will notify you and you may choose to modify your registration information at that time.
IN CASE OF PRIVACY POLICY CHANGE
Expert Cosmos reserves the right to amend or modify this Privacy Policy and our other policies and agreements at any time. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy or our other policies and agreements, we will post a notice about these changes, and your continued use of the application thereafter will signify your agreement to such changes.
If we materially change how we use your personal information, we will let you know before we do so and you may choose how you want to proceed at that time.
